Legitimate Work from Home Jobs

How do you tell the difference between a legitimate work from home job and a scam? When looking for legitimate work at home jobs, it is not as hard as it might seem. A legitimate work at home opportunity will have several aspects about it that will gain confidence, while the scam will lack certain information, or contain information that should show as a red flag on your scam radar.

A few of them are:

Contact information - What legitimate work from home jobs service would go to the trouble of setting up a website or mailing, and then not offer you a way to get in contact with them? None. If you do not see an address, a phone number, or at least a hosted domain based email address (not hotmail, gmail, etc), then I would just click away or throw the mailing in the trash.

Complete testimonials - While not always offering the complete profile of their testimonials on their copy, usually contacting the company is enough to get contact information for satisfied customers. If the company has no satisfied customers to brag about, complete with contact details, then I would surely remain leary of any claims they made about their service or product.

Competant service information- If a service that is going to charge you hard earned money, even a modest amount, will not tell you up front what exactly you are paying your money for, then do yourself a favor and stay away, as it is most likely NOT legitimate work from home. I would not spend the money for a candy bar if I could not read the wrapper and know what was in it first. Why would you treat your search for legitimate work from home jobs in this fashion?

Ongoing support with a durable history is also important. You do not want to give your money, or invest your hard work, into a company that does not offer support after the fact. You want legitimate work from home, and legitimate work at home jobs usually come with some type of ongoing support system, from forums to one on one mentorships. Do a cursory search on the Internet to see if the same people (names on website or in forums) have a history of online contribution or not. Usually a support forum should be well used and not be a fresh install with no traffic, and mentors, known for their online contribution to help promote their services, will usually show up in any major search engine whrn their name is searched.
