When you work online from home, marketing and promoting your business is as simple as pointing and clicking your way to fame and fortune. While that might be a simplified statement, if you know how Internet promotion works, as with most work online from home jobs, very little will take you away from your PC screen. Try these methods, or any combination of them, and skyrocket the success of your online jobs, work from home, and never need to hit the pavement in search of work or clients ever again.


Online advertising. Advertising online is one of the best ways to target exactly the customers you want at some of the least expensive rates in the advertising industry. Even though it is not high priced, it is an emmense industry, with several opportunities for online jobs, from home with your own business, or partnering with the advertising services themselves.


Sweeten your offer with something for free. Often the cost of offering something for free online is next to nothing itself. If you offer a downloadable product, especially an ebook or recording you made yourself, people can download it all day long at the cost of almost nothing to you. Offering a freebie is a great way to get prospect information, or to further encourage them to take advantage of your product or service.


Make them pay. If you offer content of any type online, and have gained a foloowing to prove its value to readers, than try to offer a subscription service based method for distribution. If people will pay for the content that you write, can often allow yourself the ability to work online from home without having to push other people's products or services.


Get networking. Social media sites, business networking memberships, and even local meet ups are a great way to get in contact with like minded business owners, other online jobs, work from home resources, and even future clients.


Never stop creating. Always have something in the works. Very few people are interested in what you "have done", unless you shook your industry by its very base. Almost everyone is interested in 'what you are coming out with", or the next great thing in the mix.


Always improve the status quo. Never quit testing and improving your products, services, and general business model. Some of the best ways to increase the bottom line is to simply adjust it, or to improve the ROI of your products and services. If you work online from home, this could be as simple as using a different color on your website, which takes a few seconds to change. Test everything and adjust accordingly.
